A wrap on the hydro box was a condition of the development permit for this complex called "The Oaks." The original photograph was taken of a tree across the street from this location. Now you can compare the growth of the tree to the wrap. |

The Town of View Royal hosted part of the Olympic Torch Relay on October 30 2009. This previously graffiti covered hydro box was transformed to honour this event. |
